Update:  

The Winston Cup is designed to grow into a highly competitive  international youth soccer tournament, however due to the recent pandemic issues we do not anticipate that many (if any) international teams will travel and compete in the United States. As we move forward the Winston Cup Committee anticipates that US Soccer will allow international teams to participate in our future events. We will keep you updated.
